• Fee structure: Phased retainer invoiced in agreed upon blocks of time charged by the hour. Projects begin with a block of 20 hours. As the project continues, additional blocks of time are booked. Once the project is complete a statement of account is issued, and any unused time will be rebated back to the client.

• What’s covered: Concept development, scaled drawings, specification packages, material and finish selections, procurement guidance, coordination with contractors and consultants, periodic site visits, and final styling.

• Transparency: All time spent on your project is documented on a shared Google sheet and receipts for time are provided upon request.
