Built in 1913, “Cedar Cottage” is a charming 4‑Square Craftsman, kit‑style home. Renovations on this project have taken roughly ten years and have truly been a labor of love. There is nothing quite like designing your own renovation and living in the house throughout the process; it has given me valuable perspective and genuine sympathy for my clients during their own renovations.
